Why Blog?

I didn't like cooking growing up, but I liked experimenting with food. I'm messy by nature, so my kitchen often looks like the Baking Aisle exploded in my house. Then I got married and my husband wanted to eat. He's not the stereotypical garbage disposal of a man, he's kinda picky. For example he hates to bite into a lovely looking breaded raw chicken breast, or eat brownies that look like they've been soaking in water. While he does enjoy a good beef jerky, he doesn't appreciate a roast that requires a good 100 times chewing per bite. Picky I tell you!
